| We're going Plaid for Dad For many, Father's Day is a time to celebrate the dads in our lives. But, for families impacted by prostate cancer, this holiday may be a painful reminder of the devastating effects of this disease. To help in the fight against prostate cancer, we've teamed up with Prostate Cancer Canada (PCC) to raise funds that will go towards research, education, support and awareness. In partnership with PCC's #PlaidforDad campaign, we're matching donor contributions and donating $1 for each social media share up to a maximum of $50,000. We're also donating $25 (up to $10,000) for every new EQ Bank customer who purchases a GIC between April 9 and July 31, 2018 (see full terms and conditions). As a bank, we know what's worth investing in, and taking care of Canadians is important to us. So, how can you help? - Put on your plaid and snap a pic. Share on social media with the hashtag #PlaidforDad and we'll donate $1.
- Encourage a friend to sign-up for an EQ Bank Savings Plus account and purchase a GIC.
- Donate. Dollar for dollar, we're matching donations up to $50,000.
Join us and together we can help dads (brothers, uncles, cousins and friends) live longer and happier lives. | | |
