GDPR: We’ve updated our terms and policies

Hello, Canary has always cared about upholding privacy and security—being transparent about our policies to put the user in control. Taking into account new requirements of the European Union (EU) data protection law known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we've updated our terms including our Privacy Policy, System Terms & Conditions, and Website Terms of Service. The updates will take effect for existing Canary users on May 25, 2018. We encourage you to review them. Some of the updates include: Data Control: We've clarified the control you have over your data and the mechanisms through which you can control it. EU Residents: Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding data transfers and controls.
